NL Deze authentieke geconserveerde bel-etagewoning met evenwichtig opgebouwde gevel valt op door het blauwe kleuraccent. Verrassend bij het betreden van de gelijkvloerse verdieping is de glazen patio-volière. Het interieur is grotendeels ontworpen door de architecte: de deuren in oorspronkelijke kleuren, de open haard, de houten bibliotheek, veel glaselementen en slimme opbergmogelijkheden, de trapleuningen en het ruime dakterras.

FR Cette authentique habitation bel-étage bien conservée, à la façade joliment équilibrée, se caractérise par ses touches de couleur bleue. Ce qui surprend, lorsqu’on pénètre au rez-de-chaussée, c’est le patio-volière vitré. L’intérieur a en grande partie été dessiné par l’architecte : les portes (qui ont conservé leur couleur d’origine), le feu ouvert, la bibliothèque en bois, de nombreux éléments vitrés et des espaces de rangement optimisés, les rampes d’escalier et la vaste terrasse de toit. 

EN Preserved in all its authenticity, this terraced urban home with the façade built in perfect balance stands out by the blue colour accent. When entering the ground floor, you can’t help being captured by the glass display unit. Most of the interior was designed by the architect: the doors in original colours, the fireplace, the wood in the library, the many glass elements and clever storage ideas, the banisters and the spacious roof terrace.
